- A historical financial statement that includes the last full year of operations
- Current financing arrangement
- Current year-to-date operating statement
- Current rent roll
- Current year’s tax valuation and tax rate
- Present-day photographs and property description
- Location map
- A listing agreement or letter of authorization, if applicable, from the seller
indicating that the broker has the authority to release such information
